How can I make sure my child is eating a diverse diet?
Aim for 10–30 different plant foods each week.
Portions can be as small as a teaspoon or a couple of tablespoons, guided by your baby’s appetite.
If following baby-led weaning, offer a variety of safe, soft, age-appropriate foods and let your baby lead how much they eat.
